Festiroll plans and prices
Updated on 5 November 2026
In short
Festiroll is free for up to 10 guests. Beyond that, the organiser pays a single price per event, from CHF 9.– to CHF 49.–, with no subscription. The price depends on the number of guests, the storage for photos and how long the album is kept. Prices are in Swiss francs.
The plans
Each plan sets three limits: the number of guests, the storage for photos and how long the album is kept.
- Free: free, up to 10 guests, 2 GB of photos, album kept for 1 month
- Small group: CHF 9.– per event, up to 25 guests, 10 GB of photos, album kept for 6 months
- Party: CHF 19.– per event, up to 75 guests, 30 GB of photos, album kept for 6 months
- Big party: CHF 49.– per event, up to 250 guests, 100 GB of photos, album kept for 12 months
Every mode is included in every plan.
Start free, change plans
An album starts on the Free plan. The organiser picks a paid plan afterwards, from the album, when the number of guests or the storage requires it. Payment is made online, once, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, via myPOS.
When the plan's number of guests is reached, a new guest sees a message asking them to tell the organiser.
Extend storage
A paid plan can be extended as many times as needed, up to 5 years after the reveal: +3 months CHF 5.– · +6 months CHF 9.– · +1 year CHF 15.–. The Free plan cannot be extended: it first moves to a higher plan. An email reminds the organiser 7 days before deletion.
Photographers, companies and partners
- Pro: subscription for photographers, CHF 39.– per month, up to 10 active albums at a time. It is not open yet.
- Business: on quotation, from CHF 290.– per event, up to 1000 guests.
Venues, caterers and agencies who offer the album to their clients pay the same prices, with no discount or commission. Payment, refunds and cancellation: terms and conditions.
