Photographers: the Studio, deliveries and their dates
Updated on 5 November 2026
In short
The photographer receives a photographer QR code that opens their Studio. There they create deliveries, for example “Sneak peek” then “Final selection”, give each its date and upload full-quality photos, as JPEG or PNG up to 64 MB. Before a delivery's date, guests see none of its photos.
Enter the Studio
The organiser passes on the photographer QR code, or the photographer creates the album for their clients. The QR code opens the Studio, on a computer or a phone. Several photographers can work in the same album: each one only sees and handles their own deliveries.
Deliveries
A delivery is a set of photos with its own date. The Studio offers two by default, “Sneak peek” and “Final selection”, and an album holds 10 at most. Each delivery has a status:
- No date · with the album: it is revealed with the album;
- Scheduled: its date has not come yet;
- Published: revealed, its date can still be changed;
- Delivered: revealed and seen, its date is fixed.

Upload and remove photos
The photographer drops their files into a delivery, as JPEG or PNG, up to 64 MB per photo. RAW files and videos stay with them. Their photos carry the “Photographer” badge, and a filter groups them in the album.
They can remove one of their photos, or delete a whole delivery: its photos then leave the album, after a confirmation. The first delivery cannot be deleted.

From Lightroom Classic
The Festiroll plug-in publishes from Lightroom Classic into deliveries, and imports the guests' photos into the catalogue: see Lightroom Classic.
The album next to your gallery
The album does not replace the photographer's delivery gallery. It gathers the guests' photos, and theirs if they wish. Each guest photo belongs to its author: using it in a portfolio requires their consent. The Photographers page presents the offer.

Can the photographer edit or remove the guests' photos?
