In short
The organiser and moderators can always download photos in full quality, one by one or the whole album as a ZIP file; guests can if the organiser allows it. The album stays available for the duration of its plan, then it is deleted. An email reminds the organiser 7 days before.
Who can download
- The organiser and moderators: always.
- Guests: if the organiser ticks “Guests can download the album”, never when children are present.
- The photographer: the guests' photos, from their date, on the same terms as guests.
Nobody downloads a photo they are not yet allowed to see.
The whole album in one file
“Download all” prepares a ZIP file of the visible photos, with the captions in a text file. The file stays available for one hour. Each phone can download the full album 2 times per 24 hours; downloading the same file again within its hour does not count again. Each photo is kept as it was sent: the ZIP contains the originals.
How long the album is kept
The duration depends on the plan: 1 months for the Free plan, up to 12 months for the largest event plan. A paid plan can be extended up to 5 years after the reveal (Plans and prices). On the deletion date, photos, captions and the guestbook are erased.
Delete the album earlier
The organiser can delete their album before the planned date, from the album. It cannot be undone: photos, captions and guestbook are erased. Retention periods for each kind of data are in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Are downloaded photos in full quality?
Yes. Each photo is kept as it was sent. Thumbnails are only used for display in the album.
How many times can the full album be downloaded?
2 times per 24 hours and per phone. The same file can be downloaded again within its hour without counting again.
